Learning how to clip in hair extensions can reduce the time it takes to
prepare your hair as you add length and volume to it. Generally, the more extensions you add to
your hair, the more time it would take for you to finish the job. However, if you get used to clipping them in,
then your new hairstyle should be ready in just a few minutes.
Step 1: Section your hair by
using your fingers or a tail comb (the comb that runs across the whole back of
your head) and hold the upper portion with a clip or any other hair accessory. You may want to prepare your hair and the
extensions first by using the appropriate KEVIN.MURPHY hair products.
Step 2: Starting from the bottom
and in the middle, slide the weft along your hair line and grab a portion of
the first layer of hair, and then clip the weft in place. To make this easier, you can use the Parlux hair dryer Australia or the GHD Australia cheap dryers to remove
any excess water after rinsing your hair.
Step 3: Add other wefts to the
left and the right side of the first weft you placed and attach them to the
initial (middle) weft. Make sure to move
the weft into the inner portions of your hair to conceal the clips.
Note that specific products have
been designed to be used with hair extensions (whether natural or artificial),
so remember to take note of the proper methods of using these items while you
practice how to clip in hair extensions.
